My name is Hugo Neves da Silva, born in Pombal in 1978, but living in Lisbon, Portugal, which I love, since 1996.
I’m graduated in Public Relations and Advertisement. I have worked in projects of organizational communication, and more recently in projects of new technologies and e-government, especially in citizen relationship management projects.
At the moment I’m also doing a Master on Communication, Organization and New Technologies, where I’m doing a thesis paper about weblogs.
Last but not least, I have a passion about new technologies and especially about the web and the social movement Web 2.0 which I believe will revolutionize our social relations and our interaction with technology.
